Our first questions to prospective customers usually will be, "Tell us about your shipping needs. Who are your carriers and what kind of rates do you get? Do you use software and the Internet to assist you in your business?"

If after our evaluation we determine we can't help you, either because you already are in good hands or the job is beyond our scope, we'll promptly tell you and be on our way. All we ask for is your appreciation and a call in the future if circumstances change.
